there's just something about beetles, and this three layered, posable, winged beetle is a thing of beauty. these art pieces are made with an intricately etched birch wood base, clear acrylic wings with delicate leaf patterns, and colored birch wood elytra (shell) with two piece inlaid floral, all held together with lovely brass fasteners that allow you to position your beetles elytra and wings just to your liking. hang on your wall with the included command strip or prop up in a special corner for display.

This little beetle is divine. The detail is exquisite, the patterns and textures all work together beautifully, the packaging makes one grin to behold, and the functionality is everything promised. I took mine out of its precious package and popped it on my wall in no time flat thanks to the included velcro command strip. It now helps welcome me to my little desk nook, and I couldn't be happier. Incredible craftsmanship, as always. A perfect little beetle fellow!
